With a privileged position at Victoriano Garzon Avenue, it will take two premises, one of which was in ruins and was known as the “white house” because of its color, spaciousness and elegant architecture.

The specialists are working hard to bring beauty back to both structures, nestled in L and Segunda streets, Sueño neighborhood. Emprestur Holguin is in charge of this work.

Palmares extra-hotel group will be managing that facility, the first of its kind in the province, by using every external and internal area to entertain children, teenagers and adults.

The project includes day entertainment for children, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and different board games, audiovisual products, non-mechanical recreational means and mechanical, electronic and electromechanical equipment.

Marisol Rodriguez, a delegate of the Ministry of Tourism in this territory, told AIN that Palmares Group has offered this product in other cities and it’s been acclaimed. It will join the project to liven up the popular artery where it’s based.

The Guidelines of the Party and Revolution’s Economic and Social Policy point out the need to create, diversify and strengthen services and offers that complement accommodation products.
