Orlando Firm Buys 49 Destination Locations

Ultimate Escapes LLC, an Orlando vacation destination club, bought 49 properties with a combined appraised value of $50 million from Private Escapes LLC. Both companies specialize in high-end properties that are available in an assortment of locations.

Ultimate Escapes, founded in 2004, said it has 150 multimillion-dollar properties around the world ranging from urban apartments and beach cottages to mountain homes.

The company said the newly acquired properties are in 28 beach, mountain, golf course and urban locations in the continental United States, Hawaii, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe.
