Over Fifty Exhibitors Represented Abu Dhabi at World Travel Market
Around 57 exhibitors will represent Abu Dhabi at the World Travel Market to be held in London from November 14 to 17.
Shaikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), said the London event represented an excellent opportunity for participants to interact with key global tourism and travel players.
“The significance of this high-profile forum to the UAE stems out of the UAE-British strategic partnership and the importance of the British travel and tourism market for the UAE as large group of British holidaymakers visit the UAE around the year,” he said.
“Travel and tourism operators in Abu Dhabi took the opportunity of the forum to promote Abu Dhabi´s landmarks and attractions to the European tourists,” he added.
He said that Abu Dhabi would as of next year have a strong presence in major world travel and tourism exhibitions and conferences to be organized in major capitals.
