Salsa Workshop with Cuban Dance Company in New York’s Stone Ridge on March 12

The Rueda All Stars Dance Company from Santiago de Cuba will be teaching a Salsa workshop for one night only. Through performance and instruction, the company strives to preserve Cuban ballroom dance and carry forward the history of these genres.

The All Stars are recognized internationally for their outstanding choreography and versatility in their performance. They have won first place at over 20 national dance competitions.

The founder and current director, Jorge Luna Roque, and the dancers began to convene and develop an extensive repertoire of Cuban “Bailes de Salón” or ballroom dances.

In addition to performing Cuban dance, the All Stars have been offering dance workshops to thousands of international tourists for the past six years. Admission is $20, and all levels of experience are welcome.
