Santiago de Cuba Goes Digital

With the outfitting of three new areas in the head municipality in order to increase the traffic capacity of both voice and data in the mobile mode with 3G (third generation) possibilities, the Telecommunications Company S.A has underlined its 2015 projects in this eastern province.

According to Keytia Sanchez Menendez, a communications specialist in the territory, the company has planned different works that are going to improve the quality of the service and marketing of others.
Sanchez also mentioned the installation of 100 new public stations throughout the province and the development of over 2,000 new services in terms of basic telephony.
The plans for this year include the distribution of the 2015 Directory of Yellow Pages and the improvement of the image of Palma Soriano’s Multiservice Center.
Raising the quality of services in an effort to meet international standards is also one of the work objectives of this entity, whose executives are committed to work hard and salute the 500th anniversary of the foundation of Santiago de Cuba and 62nd of the assaults to barracks Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes.
