Three Queens to Sail the Seven Seas in 2007
Cunard has unveiled the full 2007 program for Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth 2 and the latest “royal”, Queen Victoria, as well as early 2008 voyages aboard Queen Mary 2.
Highlights of the year include the debut of the super liner, Queen Victoria, the 40th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth 2´s launch and a record 22 transatlantic crossings for the world´s longest liner, Cunard´s Queen Mary 2.
The three Queens –a first in Cunard´s prestigious 167-year history- are featured in Cunard´s new glossy 2007 brochure for Australia.
The program profiles an unprecedented 80 sailings from April 2007 to April 2008 including legendary transatlantic crossings as well as voyages through Europe, the Caribbean and Canada and 11 “sampler” cruises of five nights or less designed to allow more people to experience the golden age of ocean travel aboard the world´s most famous liners.
Cunard´s new 2007-2008 cruises are in addition to world voyages by both Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth 2 that will see them meet in Sydney Harbor on February 20 next year, with the 151,400-ton Queen Mary 2 set to break the record as the biggest ship ever to visit Australia.
