Travel Professionals International Sets Annual Conference in Cancun

Final preparations are under way for the 2008 Travel Professionals International (TPI) Annual Conference taking place at the RIU Caribe, Cancun, Mexico, April 7-10, 2008. The conference, themed “Today. Tomorrow. Together,” outlines the importance of relationships and the drive for commitment to mutually beneficial growth among all TPI Associates, TPI corporate, and TPI Preferred Partners.

Over 100 associates from across Canada will partake in four days of networking, workshops, and celebration of their successes in events platinum-sponsored by Sunquest/Holiday House/Network/Encore CruiseEscapes, a TPI Preferred Partner.

The conference features keynotes by Morris Chia, TPI President & CEO, Phil Sproul, TPI executive vice president and COO, and customer service strategist Jeff Mowatt who will be presenting to the associate group on strengthening customer loyalty, increasing spending per customer, and enhancing team spirit.

Alongside the aforementioned keynote speakers, sessions will be held by travel sales conference staple Mark McMullen, CLIA’s Bernie Bloomquist, TRAMS’ Mindy Schwab, and various TPI management team members.
