Vueling’s CEO Stake in the Company Reaches 1.5 Percent

Vueling Airlines has been advised of the purchase, by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lars Nygaard, of 5,582 Vueling shares at an average price of €4.56 per share. Mr. Nygaard’s stake stands at 223,857 shares, which represents 1.5 percent of Vueling’s capital.

With this acquisition, Mr. Nygaard has made a total investment of €25,453.92. Mr. Nygaard had already purchased stock in January, March, May, June, July and August, which has entailed a total investment of €1,594,149 –including the latest operation.
