Windstar, Costa Cruises to Take On the Caribbean in the Winter

Windstar Cruises´ 148-guest Wind Spirit and 308-guest Wind Surf set sail in the Caribbean this winter on 41 voyages featuring six itineraries roundtrip from St. Thomas and Barbados.

Sailing from December through March, both ships aim to combine Caribbean ports with an intimate experience akin to sailing on one´s personal mega-yacht.

The Wind Spirit sails roundtrip from St. Thomas visiting St. John, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda.

From November 2007 through April 2008, Costa will sail throughout the Caribbean, marking 60 years of cruising.

The season will feature the introduction of the Costa Fortuna to the region, while the Costa Mediterranea will return with new Saturday-to-Saturday itineraries.
