There are not only several new cruise ports opening in the Caribbean and Bahamas over the next few years, but also several proposed ports where cruise lines are currently in negotiations with local governments.

Just in the first six months of the ongoing year, Cuba received 53,748 cruise passengers, 40,751 more than in the same period of last year.
