Costa Maya, a cruise destination on Mexico’s southern Yucatan Peninsula, recently added two new attractions -- Dolphin Discovery, which offers dolphin encounters, and Señor Frog’s Restaurant and Bar. Costa Maya’s Dolphin Discovery is the first dolphinarium facility to be located within a cruise terminal and offers both “dolphin encounter” and “dolphin swim” tour options to visitors.

MSC Cruises is offering special rates for solo travelers on select seven-night Caribbean cruises on the MSC Poesia. The solo fares start at $574.80 plus government fees and taxes. Responding to demand for exotic port calls, Seabourn has altered itineraries for Asia cruises in early 2012. The 208-passenger Seabourn Pride will sail between Hong Kong and Singapore on five 14-day voyages. Each will include a call at Sihanoukville, an “up-and-coming beach resort” in Cambodia, said Seabourn. Departure dates are scheduled between Jan. 4 and March 14, 2012.
