Travel Planners International (TPI) is marking its 20th anniversary as a host agency with its first Conference at Sea, November 19 thru 23, onboard Royal Caribbean’s brand new ship Independence of the Seas.
The authentic island sounds of reggae, roots international beat, hip-hop, gospel and creative dancing, complemented by a market place of Caribbean fashions and exotic cuisine are all highlights of the 22nd Annual Caribbean Festival.

Canadians will have the Caribbean closer to home this fall when Caribbean Week Toronto 2008 descends upon Toronto for its second year from September 24 thru 26, 2008.
GOGO Worldwide Vacations has announced that their 2008 Fall Learning Conference will be held at the Hilton Barbados. The conference will be the official premiere of the “Worldwide Collection by GOGO”, featuring Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Cook Islands.
World Travel Market (WTM) will showcase 10 new exhibitors from the U.K. and Ireland at the 2008 event. The new U.K. exhibitors include attractions, hotels, tour operators and travel technology companies and cut across all spheres of British tourism, from the classic and cultural to the cutting edge and contemporary.
An estimated 900 Ensemble Travel Group agent delegates and guests are expected to converge on Las Vegas for the organization’s 2008 International Conference, October 15-19 at Red Rock Resort & Spa. The 2008 conference is themed “Lead, Profit, Win!” The meeting also will celebrate the agency group’s 40th anniversary. It is also the fifth year to combine members from the U.S. and Canada.
