National Tourism Week 2007 will be celebrated under the theme “Creating a World Class Visitor Experience.”

El Salvador’s Minister of Tourism Ruben Rochi announced that the country will host the 8th Meeting of Tourism Ministers, Secretaries, and Commissioners, for the 18th Iberian-American Summit of Heads of State, which will be held next year in El Salvador.

Anticipation is growing for the 28th BIT show -the International Tourism Exchange- which will take place at Fieramilano Exhibition Center - Rho from February 21 to 24, 2008.

The Dominica Water Sports Association together with its sponsors will present the 15th the Annual Dive Fest, a series of activities focused on scuba diving and other water sports from July 11 to 20, 2008.

Brazilian Tourism Minister Marta Suplicy will lead the delegation that’s expected to showcase her office’s top allure -the National Tourism Plan- as well as a number of actions intended to promote the South American country overseas, including the World Soccer Cup to be held in Brazil in 2014.
