The 500-room hotel will mark the chain’s 14th property in the Dominican Republic market. It is slated to feature two pools, five restaurants, six bars, a spa and a children’s water park.
This project responds to the growing demand for accommodation in the Cuban capital, increasingly popular among vacationers from around the world.

InterContinental Hotels Group has pointed to the booming “mainstream” sector as the key to its growth in the Americas.
The $7 million project will operate under the management of Dominican Development. The new hotel will have a total of 117 rooms spread across five buildings.
The group's hotel division, Eurostars Hotel Company, is opening the Eurostars Sidi Maarouf in Morocco, a four-star hotel with 115 rooms located in La Colline district.
