Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a master development agreement with LATAM Hotel Corp. to develop 10 Hyatt Place hotels in Central America and Mexico and that Hyatt affiliates have entered into franchise agreements with LATAM Hotel Corp. for the first five hotels.

The Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort & Spa held its grand opening on Monday with a lavish affair. The resort, which first opened its doors in December 2013, is Sandals Resorts International’s first property on the island.

As of now, April 24, clients can book a Luxury Included stay at Sandals Barbados for travel from January 28, 2015 through December 2016 with rates starting at $659 per person, per night.

The Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino invested over four million dollars in an extensive renovation of its facilities, announced G. Armando Emanuelli, Director of Sales and Marketing. The 240 guestrooms and suites were renovated with new painting and colors, new carpets, modern sitting chairs, ottoman, bedside tables and lamps, modern collage artwork pieces and bathroom vanities.
