Orbitz.com, the flagship brand of Orbitz Worldwide in the United States, and its affiliated online travel brand ebookers.com in the United Kingdom, announced that they have signed a multi-year deal with Microsoft to serve as the online travel agency for MSN.com’s travel portal in the United States and United Kingdom, respectively.
Guests staying at a Motel 6 or Studio 6 property in the U.S. will only have to pay $2.99 for 24-hours worth of Wi-Fi access, Accor North America, which operates the two brands, announced Wednesday. Wi-Fi installation has been completed at over 800 Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties.
Webjet said the partnership brought together Webjet’s access to over 50,000 hotels with eBay’s customer databases –which totals over five million members in Australia.
