Hotel Sector to Attend WTM Latin America 2020

From March 31st to April 2nd, WTM Latin America, the main tourism event aimed at the B2B public in Latin America, will unfold. The event, which has some 600 exhibitors of 50 nationalities, brings together important representatives of tourism at the Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo. For the 2020 edition, the hotel segment is well represented, with important national and international groups and chains.

The Iberostar hotel chain is participating in the event for the third consecutive year, as well as the AMResorts chain and Melia International Hotels. Both Hotéis Othon, whose accommodation is mainly aimed at the corporate tourism sector, and Windsor Hotéis also confirmed their presence.

The Luzeiros Hotel, which is part of Collection Hotels & Resorts, a collection of independent hotels, is also participating in the 2020 edition, in addition to GJP Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

The vice president of GJP Hotels & Resorts, Fabio Godinho, highlights the generation of business thanks to the event. "WTM plays a key role in the relationship between our main business partners and the suppliers of the entire tourism chain. Ilka Padula, director of Global Sales at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, reflects on the chain's participation in the 8th edition and emphasizes the strategic importance that the event adds to good networking.
