Dominican Republic Includes Entry Fee in Airfares

Tourists arriving by air in the Dominican Republic no longer have to pay a $10 entry fee in cash upon arrival. The fee is now included in the airfare.

The move eases the arrival process by shortening the time spent in airport customs. Tourists entering via cruise ports will continue to follow the existing entry requirements.
