Amadeus to Launch Support Resource for U.S. Agents

Amadeus has launched the Amadeus e-Support Centre, an online alternative to phoning and e-mailing the help desk for assistance. The Amadeus e-Support Center, slated to launch soon in North America, enables travel agents to browse for support information and to log a trouble case, if necessary, with the help desk.

The support information, tweaked to be relevant for each Amadeus market, already is in use in France, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Hong Kong.

Future enhancements, Amadeus stated, would include an online Format Finder to assist agents using cryptic commands to find the suitable entry. Currently, agents using Amadeus have access to certain online training guides that aren’t geared toward online support.
