Asiana to Evaluate Amadeus Customer Management System

Asiana Airlines and Amadeus have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) to commence detailed evaluation of the Amadeus Altéa Customer Management System (CMS). Under this MOU, Asiana will set the timelines for their assessment and planning for the future implementation of Altéa.
Once implemented, the Altéa solution will manage all reservation, inventory and departure control processes for Asiana, delivering a fully integrated Customer Management System. Altéa Reservation provides a seamless reservation service across all sales channels by sharing reservation services between Asiana and travel agencies.
