Caribbean Hotel Foundation Scholarship Program Kicks Off

The Caribbean Hotel Foundation is accepting applications for Caribbean hospitality employees, educators, and students wishing to pursue studies or professional development courses related to the tourism industry.

The Foundation provides awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, available to worthy applicants who demonstrate a strong commitment to the industry and the potential for future success.

Virgin Holidays has a Tourism Management Scholarship of $10,000 a year during three years, and the Florida International University through its School of Hospitality & Tourism Management will be awarding a $7,500 scholarship.

Likewise, Johnson & Wales University, Miami Campus is offering two Scholarships worth $5000 for 4 years plus 10-hour guaranteed campus employment. Also, Interval International is offering two scholarship of $7,000 each, while Royal Caribbean International will grant another scholarship, also of $7,000.

Last but not least, the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) is donating a $7,000 scholarship, specifically for environmental studies.
