Classic Vacations Launches Online Booking Engine for Agents

Classic Vacations is launching a new Online Booking Engine (OBE) at www.classicvacations.com on Monday, July 19. The OBE will enable agents to make bookings, generate statements, make payments, create reservations and check booking status for their clients around the clock.

The online booking engine will provide 24/7 access to booking inventory, instant pricing with all rooms and rates available to shop online, online payments and e-statements, ability to add agency fee so the customer doesn’t have to be billed separately, and detailed hotel and tour and activity descriptions and current special offers.

Travel agents will still receive full commission when using the OBE and can assign the booking to Classic reservations agents at the Call Center with whom they have established relationships. Classic is also providing weekly prizes of up to $1,000 for agents who register on the site and use the booking engine.
