The Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) is planning to heat-up parts of North America during the cold winter months ahead with a prominent Caribbean presence at The Adventures in Travel Expo & Luxury Show on January 14 to 16, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre, New York, and Travel Show Chicago, January 19 to 23, at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois.

As part of CTO´s agreement with both shows´ management companies, member countries of the CTO can enjoy a discount off the price of exhibiting within the Caribbean Pavilion at the shows and also save on a host of exclusive advertising opportunities.

In addition, Travel Show Chicago 2005, an Outside Shows and Events LLC Production, will welcome trade professionals on January 20 and 21.

Exclusive events are available including hundreds of exhibits, networking opportunities including breakfasts, receptions and special events, educational programmes presented by travel professionals and industry leaders, and supplier seminars.

The show will be open to the general public every day from January 19 to 23. This year, Travel Show Chicago at McCormick Place will be co-located with the 75th Annual Chicago Boat, RV & Outdoors Show.

Show organisers have said that the co-location of these two long-running events could attract a combined attendance of 70.000 consumers and trade professionals – creating the No. 1 leisure event in the Midwest.
