Expedia Inks Pact with Bazaarvoice
Expedia Inc. and Hotels.com have reportedly booked Bazaarvoice Inc. to run customer ratings and reviews on their websites.
Bazaarvoice offers outsourced technology, services, analytics, and expertise to help companies enhance the online shopping experience with social commerce applications that drive sales.
According to statesman.com, the deal with Expedia gives Bazaarvoice an entry into the online travel business.
As per the information available, Expedia and Hotels.com customers will be able to rate hotels on a one- to five-star scale based on hotel service, hotel condition, room comfort and room cleanliness. They’ll also be able to post reviews.
