Iberia Signs Global Full-Content Agreement with Travelport

Travelport GDS has announced details of a new global full content agreement with Spanish flag-carrier Iberia. The new multiyear agreement secures all Travelport GDS-connected travel agents worldwide with access to the airline’s full range of published fares and inventory with immediate effect. Iberia joins the vast majority of European carriers with whom Travelport has successfully negotiated content agreements.

The Iberia announcement is the latest in a series of recently announced long-term content agreements between Travelport and European flag carriers. Travelport has successfully negotiated content agreements with the vast majority of leading European airlines including Aeroflot, Aegean Airlines, Air Berlin Group, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian, bmi, British Airways, Brussels Airlines, Finnair, Flybe, KLM, Lufthansa, SWISS, TAP Air Portugal, SAS and Virgin Atlantic.
