Sabre Integrates TRAMS Tool into Agent Desktop

Sabre is incorporating the new release of ClientBase Online into the MySabre agent desktop and into VacationStudio, an online leisure portal.

ClientBase Online is a Web version of ClientBase, the TRAMS-designed customer relationship management (CRM) tool for travel agencies. TRAMS is a subsidiary of Sabre.

Agents no longer have to be in their office to use ClientBase. Sabre said ClientBase Online can be accessed by any Internet-connected computer at no additional charge over the monthly licensing fee.
