Sabre, the global travel technology company, will preview a new user interface for TripCase, offering a clean, sleek look that makes it easier to navigate the web and mobile app. Sabre will unveil the new TripCase design during the 2012 Global Business Travel Association Conference in Boston next week and then launch it later this year.

“What makes TripCase unique is how we are able to anticipate travelers’ needs to make the overall travel experience better,” said John Samuel, senior vice president of Sabre Traveler Solutions. “The new look and feel really improves the experience of using TripCase by speeding up the time to access commonly-used features like your itinerary. It also lays the foundation for us to develop more innovative features for travelers.”

The new web version of TripCase will be designed as the traveler’s home base, allowing them to more easily manage, track and share upcoming and previous trips. The mobile version of TripCase will be the traveler’s personal, on-the-road travel concierge, helping them navigate and manage unexpected itinerary changes or obstacles that come up in transit. Corporations, agencies, and suppliers will benefit by having timely relevant messages delivered to the traveler at the right point in their trips.

TripCase actively monitors any factors that could change or impact a traveler’s trip including weather, flight delays and gate changes and automatically notifies the traveler. It is the only travel management app that offers these important flight alerts at no charge. Because TripCase has been integrated with the Sabre GDS, millions of travelers can automatically access their trip information in TripCase and will receive real-time updates and changes on flight information.
