(Outdoor Adventure River Specialists, http://www.oars.com/) completed its TourTools upgrade to a real-time online reservation system that is integrated with its existing TourTools’ reservation solution.

TourTools online booking solution features access to real-time trip inventory, which is fully integrated with the O.A.R.S.’ in-house reservations system. TourTools can seamlessly meet the requirements of the O.A.R.S. brand style guide and online usability standards.

The TourTools upgrade has two areas of functionality. The first function is online sales and is fully operational; whereas, the second phase will incorporate informational forms, allowing customers to complete passport and medical documentation online.
