Travelport, Agencia Abreu Sign Long-Term Agreement

Travelport has signed a new multi-year agreement with Agencia Abreu, a major travel agency in Portugal. Agencia Abreu has customers in Portugal as well as Spain, the U.S. and Brazil. Agencia Abreu has over 120 offices in the main cities in which it operates.

Founded in 1840 in Porto by Bernardo Abreu, Agencia Abreu is Galileo’s oldest customer in Portugal. In its early days, Agencia Abreu focused on travel management between Portugal and Brazil. In 2008, Agencia Abreu was awarded the tourism gold merit by the Spanish government.
