Truvle Upgrades Email Tickets and Itineraries

Truvle’s latest upgrade makes travel planning easier than ever. The software works with multiple GDS systems, turning the email itinerary into a handy tool for customized travel. Offered free to travel agents, truvle software gives e-tickets and itineraries a bright new look with colorful graphics as well as links to useful trip information.

Harnessing the power of the Internet, the upgraded e-itineraries become the gateway to a full spectrum of destination offerings tailored to each traveler’s destination, travel dates, flight class and more.

Its recently upgraded home page offers recommendations –for concerts, shows, restaurants, nightlife, sporting events, shopping, dining, cultural attractions, hotels and more- tailored to each passenger’s destination and travel dates. Agents provide passengers with the new graphic- and information-rich e-itineraries.

A click of a link takes each traveler to his or her own personal home page. There, the overview page serves as a hub offering airport check-in links as well as vital trip information, such as weather forecasts, currency exchange rates, driving directions, e-maps and more.

If a traveler wants to take in a show during an upcoming trip to New York, by clicking on their personal home page’s entertainment icon, they’ll receive a list of what’s playing while they’re in town. Perhaps they’re looking for a great sushi bar close to the hotel. The restaurant icon will take them to a complete listing of nearby options. The personal home page has icons for sports, events, families and more.
