U.S. Virgin Islands’ Hotels among the World’s Finest

The latest issue of Travel & Leisure magazine lists the world’s top-500 hotels and the Caribbean holds its own in the ranking. The Buccaneer Hotel in St. Croix, the Caneel Bay Beach Resort of St. John and the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas are all there. And the three of them are on the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The choosing of the best hotels under the sun is conducted by means of a poll among the magazine’s readers who appraise the lodgings based on the quality of rooms, facilities, location, services, restaurants, food and fares.
