Vacation.com, Virgin Charter Link Up

Virgin Charter, a full service online booking tool for charter flights on private jets, and Vacation.com, the 5,100 member agency consortia, announced a partnership making Virgin Charter the charter air solution for Vacation.com.

Virgin Charter will offer Vacation.com members a complete online solution to manage clients’ private jet charter needs. This includes a dedicated Virgin Charter toll-free number for 24/7 customer service by Virgin Charter Advisors.

Through the Virgin Charter Marketplace, Vacation.com members will receive multiple quotes for each trip from hundreds of high-quality operators throughout the U.S. providing access to more than 1,000 aircraft of all plane types.

Virgin Charter said it selects only operators that represent the highest standards in safety, all of which are audited for safety by independent, internationally recognized third parties.

In addition, Virgin Charter said it hired JD Power and Associates to create the industry’s first Quality Rating Program providing travel professionals with information about the quality of the operator so they, together with their clients, can make more informed decisions.
