WestJet Chooses SabreSonic Customer Sales Solution
The Canadian airline WestJet chose Sabre Airline Solutions’ SabreSonic Customer Sales and Service Solution (CSS) reservations system that will provide the carrier with the technology necessary to facilitate there expansion plans.
SabreSonic CSS offers WestJet broader possibilities by pairing inventory capabilities and comprehensive merchandising functions with information about their guests so the airline can tailor product and service offerings to fit each customer’s needs.
“Our primary objective in selecting a new reservation system was to ensure our systems were capable of supporting both our current business model and enable our future capability requirements,” said Sean Durfy, chief executive of WestJet.
