Boeing and WestJet have announced they have completed an order for 65 737 MAX airplanes, fulfilling the carrier’s letter of intent to purchase the airplanes announced on August 29th. The order, valued at $6.3 billion at list prices, consists of 40 737 MAX 8s and 25 737 MAX 7s.
The Thomas Cook Group will unify its brands and market activity under one common symbol, the ‘Sunny Heart’, which is being rolled out from today, and will replace the current ‘Globe’ in the Group’s websites, international stores, the airline fleet and throughout its headquarters and overseas offices.

Air Canada announced today that it has completed its previously announced private offerings of senior secured notes, consisting of $400 million principal amount of 6.750% senior secured first lien notes due 2019 and C$300 million principal amount of 7.625% senior secured first lien notes due 2019 and $300 million principal amount of 8.750% senior secured second lien notes due 2020.
