Hon. Richard Sealy, recently elected Chairman of the CTO, will be a keynote speaker at the anticipated Soccerex Americas Forum, scheduled to take place in Barbados October 21 and 22 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. Barbados' Tourism and International Transport Minister Richard Sealy is the new Chairman of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO). He replaces United States Virgin Islands Commissioner of Tourism Beverly Nicholson-Doty, who ended her two-year term on Wednesday.
