Welk Resorts Sirena del Mar in Cabo San Lucas is set to reopen March 9, following repairs and renovations after Hurricane Odile.

The stories of these new associates include Luccardo, who was recruited to work at the hotel's front desk from the Nos Petits Frères et Soeurs orphanage, and Hermine, who was part of the hotel's intern program and will be an entry-level supervisor.

Beaches Resorts partnered with the American Sailing Association to launch a new sailing program at its three resorts in Jamaica and the Turks and Caicos. The Sailing Fun Experience consists of four two-hour sessions to introduce guests to sailing.

The agreement with ADIA for the sale of these three EDITION hotels was announced when the first, The London EDITION, was sold to ADIA in January 2014. Marriott expects to sell the third, The New York EDITION (5 Madison Avenue) to ADIA in the first quarter of 2015.
