
Customer satisfaction will be the focus of discussion at Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) State of the Industry Conference in Martinique. The panel will also include Maureen Allen of Sectus Technologies and Commissioner of Tourism Karine Roy-Camille of Martinique.

The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export), in collaboration with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DfID) has officially launched the Industry Standards for Spa and Wellness Entities in CARIFORUM Territories.

On July 16 and 17, the ACS Secretariat located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, will have the honor of hosting the 24th Meeting of the Special Committee on Sustainable Tourism (SCST-24) at its headquarters. The ACS Directorate additionally aims to inform the meeting of its projects and activities.

The third annual Caribbean Hospitality Investment Conference and Operations Summit (CHICOS), to be held November 7 and 8, 2013 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the Dominican Republic, will, in 2013 and going forward, be co-hosted by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA), the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) and HVS.
