The month of June has been designated Caribbean-American Heritage Month by President Bush to highlight the culture and population of the region as well as to pay tribute to the contributions of Caribbean-Americans to the U.S.
The Dominican Republic will be prominently featured as the next partner country of the ITB Berlin, which is due to take place in March 2008.
