The 27th edition of the International Interior Tourism Fair (INTUR) will take place in Valladolid from November 16 to 19. Once again, the Valladolid Fairgrounds, which also organizes the event, will serve as its venue, maintaining its commitment to promoting tourism in rural and less crowded areas.

Unique, cultural, and sustainable destinations will come together, showcasing the participation of sector representatives, institutions, and travelers. The event's agenda will feature exhibition areas, workshops, and conferences, reaffirming INTUR’s status as a leading event in promoting destinations, products, and services related to interior tourism.

This year’s fair will include two main sections: Intur Negocios, which will be held on Thursday, November 16, exclusively for industry professionals, and Intur Viajeros, from November 17 to 19, open to the general public, offering an opportunity to explore a wide range of leisure, cultural, sports, nature, industrial, religious, and wine and gastronomy tourism options.

Intur Negocios: A Platform for the Tourism Industry

Intur Negocios serves as a meeting point for buyers and sellers of tourism products, fostering synergies between tour operators, travel agencies, accommodations, transportation companies, and other stakeholders in the interior tourism sector.

Professionals attending this session will also have access to Intur Talks, an analysis and training forum featuring talks on the latest trends in rural, cultural, and sustainable tourism, as well as discussions on commercialization, tourism marketing, and successful case studies in the industry.

Intur Viajeros: A Showcase for Interior Destinations

Following Intur Negocios, Intur Viajeros will open its doors to the public, with participation from regional communities such as Galicia, Navarra, the Basque Country, Extremadura, and Cantabria, as well as cities, provinces, and companies in the sector. Internationally, the Portuguese regions of Lisbon and Porto e Norte will also be present. All will showcase their most emblematic products and services, ranging from cultural and historical getaways to active and nature tourism experiences.

The event will also feature interactive activities, tastings of local products, cultural exhibitions, guided tours, and presentations of technological innovations applied to tourism.

This year, INTUR will coincide with the AR-PA Cultural Tourism event, complementing each other in their shared mission to protect and showcase the region’s cultural heritage and tourism resources.
