The ceremony for the awarding of the Mágicos por Excelencias Awards to the MAGIC TOWNS of MEXICO took place within the framework of the Tianguis Turístico.

The Magicos por Excelencias Awards will recognize in the categories of: nature, sustainability, gastronomy, religion, enology, paleontology, cultural and heritage projects of the Magical Towns, as well as the City of Excellence Award to a Mexican Heritage City.

The Excelencias Group's goal is to continue supporting international outreach and strengthening communication by recognizing projects in several categories, focusing on this occasion on Mexico's Magical Towns. That's why it's creating the Magical Towns by Excelencias Awards, which will recognize projects from the 132 Magical Towns.

As part of the 25th anniversary of the Excelencias Group in Cuba and as part of the celebration, the call for entries for the "Excelencias Cuba 2022 Awards" will open from March 1 to April 5, 2023.

Archipelago International, Southeast Asia's largest privately owned and independent hotel management group, was today presented with the prestigious Caribbean News Digital: Tourism Company of 2022 award.

The 2022 edition of the Excelencias Awards was held on January 18, 2022, at IFEMA's South Auditorium, within the framework of the FITUR trade show.
