Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, an award winning hillside and beachfront oasis surrounded by lush Costa Rican jungle, has launched its own signature Guanacaste Pale Ale craft beer as a collaborative effort with TreintayCinco Brewery called Four Sins. Made exclusively for the resort, the brew was created to embody the distinct local flavors found in the region surrounding the 45-acre property.

“We’re thrilled for the collaboration with TreintayCinco Brewery to create our very own brew that captures the flavors found in the beautiful region of Guanacaste,” shares General Manager Pascal Forotti. “Over the last few years the craft beer movement has grown in Costa Rica and we’re excited to share these new flavors with our guests.”

Four Sins private label ale, which takes 21 days to produce, features intense aromas including green grapes, mango, avocado and Costa Rican Rambutan. The libation is offered widely throughout the property – including at the Resort’s five food and beverage outlets as well as via the in-room dining menu.

Boasting a clean malt flavor, the amber-colored light summer beer pairs ideally with locally sourced seafood, such as fresh ceviches, light summer salads and regional flavors found in Grill Skirt Steak “Huarache” and Achiote Marinated Rotisserie Chicken.
