New culinary experiences include the Concierge Class luncheon, culinary-focused shore excursions and Chef's Market Discoveries. Here's the latest on what travelers can expect.

Celebrity’s Concierge Class: A new class with an exclusive Concierge Class Luncheon at the start of each sailing, showcasing menus crafted by Celebrity’s Michelin-starred chef, Cornelius Gallagher. Additionally, Concierge Class guests receive fresh fruit and sparkling wine upon arrival, and complimentary Daily Delectable Delights delivered every afternoon.

Deliver the Destination: Brings food from the destination to the guests. For instance, travelers sailing to Alaska can now enjoy fresh, locally sourced Alaska king crab, which can be paired with an Alaska Brewing IPA, Pale Ale, Amber Ale or White Ale.

Chef’s Market Discoveries: Offered in more than 40 regions across the world, this allows guests to experience the local fare on land and feast on culturally inspired dishes on board.

Sushi on Five: Once Bistro on Five, this dining option offers an à la carte menu, crafted by expert sushi chef Yoshikazu "Yoshi" Okada, consisting of hand-rolled sushi, fresh tableside grated wasabi, house-made soy sauce, and a variety of starters and entrees. A sake sommelier can pair guests’ food with an array of Asian-inspired cocktails, Japanese beers, and premium sakes.

Tuscan Grille: Celebrity’s Italian-inspired ristorante and enoteca showcases 100 percent homemade pasta, artisanal salami and cheeses, and USDA prime dry-aged steaks. Hand-crafted, Italian-inspired cocktails, house-made limoncello, and a wine list dedicated to the wine-growing regions of Italy round out the refreshments.

Sky Observation Lounge: New hand-crafted cocktails prepared by flair mixologists trained by Christian Delpech, a world-famous flair bartender.

Dine Aware: The first standard for the food and beverage industry that focuses on food allergy and intolerance communication and experiences.

Ripple Maker: Prints personalized images and photos on cappuccinos and lattes.

v: A wine-blending class that allows guests to creating one-of-a-kind wine blends which can be bottled onboard and customized with personalized wine labels. Guests will be able to mail order their custom blended wine to their friends and family on land.
