Tampa International Airport will welcome a handful of brand new dining options between spring 2016 and summer 2017, including some beloved local restaurants, USA Today reported.

A contract award announced Monday revealed more than a dozen future dining venues.

In addition to a pair of Burger 21 locations, the renowned Cigar City Brewing will soon serve its nationally recognized craft beer at multiple locations within the airport.

The Burger 21 chain, which is now available in nine U.S. states, began in Tampa and specializes in unique burgers and shakes. Eventually, travelers passing through the airport will be able to find locations in both Airsides A and C. Airside C will also house Cigar City's full-service restaurant and brewery.

Meanwhile, Cigar City will open a smaller branch featuring a simplified pub menu in Airside F, which will also feature a Gasparilla Bar kiosk in honor and celebration of the city's annual Gasparilla Pirate Festival.

Chinese food lovers will also have the option of P.F. Chang's, which will be located in the main terminal for hungry passengers looking to grab a bite prior to passing through security.

With a slew of new regional dining options on tap for Tampa International, it's no wonder the airport is a favorite among air travelers. After all, the airport was named the second best in the U.S. in 2015 by a recent Travel + Leisure Survey, finishing behind only Portland International Airport.
