The International Tourism Fair, to be staged from 18 to 22 January 2012, will host a luxury shopping tourism roundtable that aims to analyze this segment. The meeting, organized by The Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages, will take place on Thursday 19 January at 4pm at IFEMA, at Sala de Conferencias N102.

The fair has provided free space at the exhibition to these two exhibitors so that now, more than ever, tourism can help to promote their recovery. The aim is to boost tourism development and aid the reconstruction efforts in Haiti, which suffered from a terrible earthquake in January 2010.

At its stand at FITUR 2012, Sol VIP Travel will present its new incoming tourism program for Russia, based on departures from Madrid and Barcelona. By offering its own products without intermediaries, this wholesale-retail company permits tailor-made trips by adapting its itineraries to customers' needs.

At this new edition of FITUR, H10 HOTELS will present five new establishments. In Spain, the chain has recently acquired the H10 Lido in Majorca, which is located right on the beach at Camp de Mar, one of the best beaches on the island. Furthermore, the chain has just incorporated its seventh establishment in Barcelona, the H10 Casanova, a boutique hotel of avant-garde style located on the Paseo de Gracia.

New York increased its range of hotels in 2011 by opening new establishments such as the Mondrian SOHO, Four Points by Sheraton, The Nolita and The Flatiron Hotel, among others.

At this edition of the International Tourism Trade Fair, FITUR 2012, Iberia will present the improvements it has made to its customer loyalty program. This is a program that is currently used by more than 4.7 million of the company's passengers throughout the world.
